HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
To keep things simple, we charge a flat rate of $6.45 for shipping to all US destinations. This means no matter what you purchase from ESFUL.com, you won't pay more than $6.45.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We work hard to ship your order out within 24 hours of it being placed (orders placed on Friday or the weekend may take longer to ship as the courier does not pickup on weekends). Shipping within the US normally arrives within 3-7 business days (excluding holidays).

CAN I TRACK IT?
Shortly after your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will contain your order tracking information. Please be aware that in some cases the tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We ship all orders via DHL, UPS or USPS. While we do our best to get orders sent out quickly, we cannot account for delays caused by DHL, UPS or USPS.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX OR WORK ADDRESS?
You definitely can :)

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER REDIRECTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the destination address as the couriers do not allow it. With that being said, if this is going to be a big issue, please get in contact with us and we’ll see what we can do to help.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We work hard to ship your order out within 24 hours of it being placed (orders placed on Friday or the weekend may take longer to ship as the courier does not pickup on weekends). Shipping to International destinations normally takes about 2 weeks to arrive. However, it can take up to 5 weeks if customs is slow to process your package.

As many countries have different laws and regulations governing importing goods from overseas, we cannot provide specific information regarding customs fees. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of, and pay, any customs/duty fees incurred as a result of making a purchase from ESFUL.com.
