It is extremely important to us that you absolutely love your purchase from ESFUL. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right! You can get in contact with us here, or by emailing us at hey@esful.com.

EXCHANGES

Scared it won't fit? Don't worry! You can easily exchange your purchase for free (we’ll pay return shipping for US orders). To be eligible to exchange your order, the following criteria needs to be met:

   - Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

   - Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained and with original packaging.

RETURNS

Don't worry babe, you can always feel safe ordering from ESFUL. We offer full refunds (minus shipping) and we'll even pay the return shipping for US orders. To be eligible to receive a refund the following criteria needs to be met:

   - Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

   - Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained and with original packaging.

Please neatly fold and place the item back in the ziplock packaging it came in, then email us at hey@esful.com for further instruction. In the email, please include:

   - Your order number (which can be found on your customer invoice or confirmation email)

   - The reasons for your exchange

   - The size you're exchanging for

Don't worry! You can choose to be fully refunded or have your order replaced.
But first, please send an email to hey@esful.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We'll get back to you asap.

We will do our best to refund your item on the same day it arrives at our HQ. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to land back in your account. We will refund using the same method originally used for your purchase.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
