How can I find the right size?
Each product has its own detailed size guide. You can find it on every specific product page.

What if it doesn’t fit?
Don’t worry, you can easily exchange your purchase for free (we’ll pay return shipping for US orders). Please neatly fold and place the item back in the ziplock packaging it came in, then email us at hey@esful.com for further instruction.

What if I don’t like my purchase?
Not a problem! It’s okay if you change your mind. We won’t force you to keep something you don’t like. You can easily return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (minus shipping). Email us at hey@esful.com for more information on how to return your order.

I'm looking for a product I can't seem to find on your website
Like all other clothing brands we periodically update our collection. Therefore, eventually we stop offering products to make room for new.

How will I know when one of my favorite items is back in stock?
On the product page, enter your email address and click the button that says notify me when this product is back in stock. Once the order is back in stock you’ll receive an email letting you know.

Do you have any physical stores that I can visit?
Esful is currently online only.

When will my pre-order ship?
We aim to ship out all pre-orders within 4-6 weeks of the pre-order closing. For product specific approximate shipping dates, please see the product pages or email us at hey@esful.com

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you definitely can. Email us at hey@esful.com and we’ll sort that for you :)

When will I be charged for my order?
Payment will be taken from your account as soon as you complete your order.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. If you are trying to use a discount code, please enter it into the Discount field on the Checkout page, and press 'Apply'. If you are having trouble with your payment or it’s not accepting your card, swing us an email and we will get it sorted for you.

Are my details safe when ordering with Esful?
Of course, they are! Our site is built upon the secure Shopify platform that offers best-in-class security that is regularly updated to counter any new online threats. We do not store any credit card details on our site, so your information is always secure.

Will, I be charged any international bank fees when ordering?
For customers outside of the US, it is possible that you may be charged an international transaction fee by your bank, which sucks I know. Unfortunately, this charge comes directly from your bank and is outside of our control.

I received my order but its faulty or the item I received is wrong?
If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, firstly, we are so sorry! Secondly, please emails us at hey@esful.com with your order number and the details of what went wrong. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

How long do I have before I can no longer return my item?
In most cases, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order, to return it. However, we hate to have unhappy or disappointed customers, so if the 14 days has passed and you’d still like to return your item, please email us at hey@esful.com and we’ll try sort something out :)
